My Offerings
I offer individual, couples and relationship, family, and group therapy through Mind Body Coop, based in Chicago, IL. I am currently accepting new clients, including new group members!

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, get curious, and focus on your internal world at your own pace. This work supports deeper self-understanding, nervous system attunement, and meaningful change – whether you’re processing trauma, navigating identity, or working through patterns that no longer fit. Sessions are collaborative, flexible, and shaped around what you need most.

Couples, Relationship, & Family Therapy
Relational therapy focuses on the patterns, dynamics, and emotional currents that shape how you connect with others. Whether working with partners, family, or relational systems, we can work towards clearer communication, increased understanding, and more intentional ways of relating. The work centers mutual respect, curiosity, and building relationships that feel more aligned.

Group Therapy
Group therapy creates a powerful space for connection, reflection, and shared humanity. Working alongside others with overlapping experiences can reduce isolation, deepen insight, and offer new ways of relating in real time. Groups balance structure and openness, supporting both individual growth and collective learning in a grounded, affirming environment.

What treatment modalities & approaches do I frequently use?
Trauma & Nervous System–Oriented Therapy My work is grounded in trauma-informed care with a strong focus on the nervous system. I draw from somatic and body-based approaches to support regulation, increase capacity for safety, and gently work with survival responses such as hypervigilance, shutdown, and dissociation. This approach emphasizes pacing, choice, and collaboration, particularly for clients with complex or developmental trauma histories.
Psychodynamic & Relational Approaches I use psychodynamic and attachment-based frameworks to explore how early relationships, family dynamics, and relational experiences continue to shape patterns of emotion, belief, and connection. Therapy often focuses on increasing insight into relational themes, working through attachment injuries, and using the therapeutic relationship as a space for repair, reflection, and growth.
Parts-Oriented & Experiential Therapies
I incorporate parts-oriented approaches, including Internal Family Systems–informed work, to help clients understand and relate compassionately to different aspects of themselves. This may include working with protective strategies, inner critics, or younger parts, supported by experiential practices such as guided reflection, imagery, and gentle somatic awareness.
Narrative, Meaning-Making, & Integration
I draw from narrative and integrative approaches to support clients in making sense of their experiences over time. This work focuses on exploring personal and relational stories, examining how meaning has been shaped by trauma, identity, and culture, and integrating insight across emotional, cognitive, and embodied levels. Therapy supports clients in developing more coherent, flexible narratives that align with their values and lived realities.
Identity-Affirming & Liberation-Centered Care
My approach is explicitly affirming of LGBTQIA2S+ identities, neurodivergence, and non-normative relationships. I integrate feminist, queer, and liberation-informed perspectives that attend to power, oppression, and systemic context alongside individual experience. Therapy centers client self-definition, autonomy, and meaning-making, recognizing that distress often arises not from who someone is, but from the social conditions they are navigating.
